Thoughtful Therapy for Meaningful Change
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally exhausting. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and discover new ways of understanding yourself and your experiences.

Evidence-based methods
My approach combines therapeutic methods with a proven track record — cognitive, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed work — chosen for what your situation actually calls for.

Genuine empathy
Techniques only work inside a relationship that feels safe. Sessions are unhurried, non-judgemental, and paced so that difficult material can be approached when you are ready.

Lasting personal growth
A collaborative process focused on change that holds: greater resilience, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Services
What we can work on together
Individual psychotherapy for adults, in person in Oslo or online. Sessions are shaped around what you are carrying right now rather than a fixed programme.
Anxiety
Persistent worry, panic, and the physical tension that comes with it — understanding what keeps anxiety going and how to loosen its grip.
Depression
Low mood, exhaustion, and loss of meaning. We work on both the immediate relief and the patterns underneath it.
Burnout
When work and responsibility have quietly drained everything else. Recovering capacity, and rebuilding boundaries that hold.
Trauma
Difficult or overwhelming experiences that still shape the present. Approached carefully, at a pace you set.
Relationship challenges
Recurring conflict, distance, or difficulty trusting — looking at the patterns you bring and the ones you meet.
Grief & life transitions
Loss, separation, relocation, or a change of role — finding footing again when the familiar structure is gone.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
The first meeting is an unhurried conversation. You describe what brings you to therapy, we look at what has already been tried, and we agree on what would make a difference for you. By the end of it you will know how I work and whether it feels like the right fit — there is no obligation to continue.
Yes. Sessions take place either in person in Oslo or online over a secure video link. Online work is just as effective for most concerns, and it makes it easier to keep therapy going while travelling or living abroad. You only need a stable connection and a private room.
It depends on what you are working with. A focused issue can settle in six to ten sessions, while long-standing patterns, trauma, or grief usually need longer. We review progress regularly so that you always know where we are and can decide how far you want to go.
Adults facing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. If your situation falls outside my competence, I will say so and help you find someone better placed to support you.
Yes. Everything discussed in session is confidential, with the narrow legal exceptions that apply to all licensed practitioners — where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in full, as the time has been reserved for you.
